But wait, there’s more !

I have now loaded more wallpapers to the forums. It is much more efficient for me, the sitemaster, as I don’t have to write any code. You can see a preview of the wallpaper without having to download, which is a new feature I added.
You do have to register to be able to post messages, which is not a bad thing as ..
a) It is free
b) It is private (you don’t even have to use your real name, but you do need a valid email address to get your approval link)
c) It is private – I don’t do anything with your info other than use it to register – absolutely ZERO spam.

From the Forums….

I’ve decided to switch the wallpaper downloads from the site to the forums. In fact, I am contemplating moving ALL the downloads there.
Right now I only have some of the Gibson ‘papers on the forums, but I’ll be adding more.

Tell me what you think.

Hey, Manuel

I have started to put manuals and schematics up.
Again, it's frustrating trying to find these things from the manufacturers.
Maybe that's why I am making the guitarcentral.ca website, so you don't have to go through what I am going through !

Woohoo W3C

I have finally completed making ALL pages W3C compliant. This was a major chore! You can look at a web page and it may appear fine, but even the best looking pages can make your browser go bonkers.

Go to W3C’s website and put in the URL of your favourite website and see just how bad things are.

Progress

The forums are up and working, and there is a link from the main page.

I’ve been tweaking the html and php to get it to pass the W3C standards, and I’m slowly getting there.

As a joke, I’ve plugged in some of my favourite sites, and they all fail miserably.

Anyway, I’m plugging along with the site.
