Woohoo W3C

I have finally completed making ALL pages W3C compliant. This was a major chore! You can look at a web page and it may appear fine, but even the best looking pages can make your browser go bonkers.

Go to W3C’s website and put in the URL of your favourite website and see just how bad things are.

Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional

Progress

The forums are up and working, and there is a link from the main page.

I’ve been tweaking the html and php to get it to pass the W3C standards, and I’m slowly getting there.

As a joke, I’ve plugged in some of my favourite sites, and they all fail miserably.

Anyway, I’m plugging along with the site.

So you think you can ….. php ?

It may appear that I have done nothing to the site. Officially , that is true. On the inside, I have been writing numerous new page designs and have come to the conclusion that they all suck. So I keep going, and I am still writing new pages.
I can see by the web logs that traffic is flowing already, so I know you are out there.
I have also installed the forums , but they are not yet customised for the site.
So despite the look of deadness, I am hard at work.

Friday

I’m trying to find nice wallpaper to offer for downloads, and I can’t find any on the Fender site.

If anyone has some, email me

Thanks

Up and Running

Guitar Central.ca is now up and running. Well, the site is active, but in the early stages of writing.

Right now there isn’t much to see. I have the logo done, that’s it. Obviously the wordpress blog has been added.
